What has become of the Republican party?
OPINION — Cancer spreads, as do many diseases, and certainly this is the case with the Republican party. The days when integrity went along with conservative values is gone with Trump. Now, you must sacrifice your soul to put an R by your name.
Look what he did to Ducey, McCain and Bowers. It’s no longer safe to vote republican — not if you care about public education, the Bill of Rights, water and our environment, or the cost of living. It’s clear now that republicans attack all of these, using billions in taxpayer money to the top 5% as extra cash for private school, attacking our right to vote by smearing a system that has always stood every recount, giving water and development
rights to corporations while we suffer and doing nothing about the cost of living. Republicans seem to want to punish those with the least, and that means all of us but the ultra-rich. If you care about the schools children attend, your rights, your homes and the future of our country, don’t ignore the elephant in the room. It is no longer safe to vote Republican.
