Support Scottsdale Unified with a yes vote
OPINION — Join me in making a difference by voting enthusiastically yes on the Scottsdale Unified School District capital bond.
As a former teacher and state legislator, I have seen firsthand how important a strong education is for our future generations. A yes vote on this bond will ensure students have up-to-date curriculum, maintained and renovated school facilities, and upgraded technology to ensure our students are prepared for our fast-paced workforce.
It is essential that we make these investments now to ensure our buildings do not deteriorate. Further, our schools don’t fall behind neighboring districts, and our students are as safe as possible with cutting-edge security measures.
Our community was built on strong schools, and let’s continue that promise for our children no matter their background. Please join me in voting yes on the Scottsdale Unified School District capital bond.
